Eric Church won a 2011 Academy of Country Music Award as top new solo vocalist.
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- Country starEric Church will bring his "Blood, Sweat & Beers" tour to the BJCC Arena on Oct. 20.
Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show -- with openers Justin Moore and Kip Moore -- are $37.50-$42.50 for reserved seats, $47.50 for general admission on the floor.
They go on sale at 10 a.m. June 15 through Ticketmaster, according to promoter Red Mountain Entertainment.
Church, 35, recently added 45 dates to his concert agenda, extending its run through the fall and winter. The Birmingham appearance is one of these shows, which stretch from Sept. 13 in Amherst, Mass., to Dec. 15 in Sunrise, Fla.
The singer-songwriter is known for radio hits such as "Springsteen," "Drink in My Hand," "Homeboy," "Hell on the Heart" and "Love Your Love the Most." Church's 2011 record, "Chief," reached No. 1 on the country charts. He has two other studio albums to his credit, "Carolina" (2009) and "Sinners Like Me" (2006).
Church later issued a statement apologizing for his comments and clarifying his position on reality TV. Basically, it said he was critical of the shows' formats and approach, but respected the artists who appeared on them.
